Ratings and reviews

Now that we can use the Macy's card for non-Macy's purchase, the credit card host and Macy's should upgrade their app to see accumulated up to date rewards and more importantly transaction and card usage notifications faster. It's painful to always have to wait for the monthly statement to ensure there's no theft. Aside from lacking from a credit card detail and security perspective, the Macy's app has has served us well with shopping.

the app has bugs, lots of them, it continues to ask me to load my card even though its already loaded to wallet, once I try to reload it, it says its already there. I can't make purchases from this app, can't do anything, I have started purchasing from other department stores instead. spent 8 hours over the course of a month on the phone with customer service, they can't resolve it, they are as useless as this app, Bye Bye Macy's

This is the 3rd time now my favorite list has been deleted. I shop at Macys A LOT like 2-3times a week I buy a new outfit. I spend time saving things in my favorites list putting outfits together. When I make a purchase I unheart the item I purchased. When you delete the item from the favorites list, it deletes everything you saved. This app used to be amazing. This just makes them lose sales. I have read this is happening to others in the reviews as well so I know it's not just my phone.
