I've tried a bunch of workout tracker apps over the years, but this one truly stands out. The design is clean and easy to navigate, and it strikes the perfect balance between simplicity and powerful features. I can track my gym sessions, log sets and reps, and see progress over time, all without getting overwhelmed.

This app is fantastic. I was going to complain that routines required a set weight (I've been off for a year's time), only to notice that they have added an option that automatically sets the weight from 1RM or previous. This was basically the only thing I was missing, so I am definitely subscribing again. I will say that the free tier is a bit too naggy in my opinion, though. I think the added features are sufficient, so I would drop the nag screen when opening the app, personally.

Aerialist Fitness Tracker! Ok, this app is not exactly made for aerial silks conditioning, but being able to create my own exercises makes it perfect. I lift weights, but the majority of my workouts are bodyweight / calisthenics. Considering aerialists have to hold themselves 20 feet up with bare hand orbent knees hanging over a metal bar or fabric. I also have attention/focus issues. Having this tool is going to really help me stay accountable and organized. I just may benefit to purchase.
