I called on a wednesday for the rider to be picked up and Aaron's missed two pickup dates and I was still charged for the $100 weekly amount because I still had the rider. I spoke to the manager Kevin and he said that I was still to pay until it was picked up. This is the wrong way to do business. Delete my account because I don't do business this way.

doesn't match what I have. I cant even pay using tbe app because they put they delivered a tv and never did and then delivered a fridge and put they never did. the entire thing is a joke.

Now they add heavy fees if you're late with payment and charge you if they visit your home for payment. Too much and won't be using the again after im done paying off this merchandise. People are already struggling and they tack on 2 heavy fees for ridiculous stuff. Late fee sure, but in home visit, be for real. You choose to drive out to my house and have the nerve to charge for it. Never miss a month and only late cuz of maternity leave and on reduced pay. I don't recommend them.
