I uninstalled the app and after a few minutes installed it back on the phone. however, every time I tried logging in, the app closes. I was told it's connected to the phone number used to register the account since I wanted to change the phone. I resorted to uninstalling the app on both my phones. however, till now the app just closes, even after accepting the terms & conditions

I've changed phones. Downloaded app, failed to go past verify stage on new phone. Went to head office, sat in line to be helped. Phone was looked at, I was assured that it had been reset. It's been a painful 6 weeks. No help, no assistance. The customer help center is dead. KCB, is this your way of saying my patronage is insignifiant?

Since I opened the account the app has never verified my phone number, the app has never worked. A bank lady tried helping then she lied to me that I have just installed the app and it takes sometime for the app to work, till now nothing has ever happened.
