I have been following MFY on YouTube for years. He is great at instructing yoga with a casual demeanor while guiding you to complete the workouts based on your flexibility. He has seemingly endless videos for any type of workout or stretch you're looking for. I enjoy his videos and highly recommend them. I took one star off the review because the subscription is pretty expensive. I wish it was tiered or that I could just buy videos by themselves or as a bundle.

There is a TON of individual sessions and pre-planned programs to follow. Various levels of intensity. The "how to", with options, are clearly explained. Tracking sheets and workout calendar are easy to use. Website/app is easy to navigate. Membership community is fantastic!

I've been using the app since it's launch earlier this year and it's been a seemless transition from the website to a more mobile practice. No longer is my computer area my yoga area. Now i can find a more comfortable place than beside my desk for my yoga practice. It has all the same videos and can access the full members areas.
