Glitch city! Seems like every update causes new issues. Just when you have the BS figured out, whamo!, they hit you with something new. Here again, night before the auction and trying to finalize my workbook. App is going straight to the home screen and keeps reloading it. Then tells me there is a problem, then crashes. Ridiculous. What the heck are the crazy high buy fees going towards?!?! At least Copart puts theirs to good use. There app is amazing. Download it and copy it Manheim R&D team!!

Hate it. Keeps getting stuck while I'm at auction trying to scan and bid. Just sits there spinning, I get a blank screen, or and error message. Had to uninstall and reinstall the app. I've missed on several units because of this. Don't want to bid blindly. Ongoing issues since this new app was released. Bought a new phone last week. Same issues. Also where did the average retail prices go? Is it still there? Can't find it. I'd rather have access to the old app.

I have to wonder if Manheim has a QA dept testing their applications before release. Aside from the fact that it's non functional, the razzle and dazzle is not suitable for mobile devices. There's not a lot of real estate on the screen so why clutter it with piles of images? The old application functioned well and could have used a minor refresh. This app unfortunately does not function at all and is confusing. What happened to all the filters in the saved search? I guess that we're the QA.
