MiniLift is perfect for lifters who want a simple solution to track their progressive overload.

The first time you use the app, you'll have to add every exercise you expect to perform in your workouts. Then simply log every set you do to get your progressive overload tracked.

MiniLift calculates your 1RM for each set according to the number of repetitions and the weight used, and uses the 1RM alonside your bodyweight to give provide you with a score for every lift.

Score is the single most important metric - if your score is improving, you're getting stronger.
