When you have to install an app to get hotel service. so cool! so awesome! love giving away my data to order room service.

The step by step directions do not work! It couldn't identify where I was 99% of the time and the directions were more confusing than helpful. It would tell me "take a left in x amount of feet" but that would be a random guest room or a wall. Most of the time it would just say "you are off route, ending directions". Even just the map feature itself was terrible, it would either zoom in so far that I couldn't see anything or give me the incorrect location. I cannot recommend this app less.

Great APP to get around the resort.
