LUVO Healthcare was founded to re-humanize healthcare staffing and build a more sustainable future for the professionals who serve on the front lines. You care for others, we want to care for you. We connect healthcare facilities across the country with highly skilled travel clinicians on a platform giving clinicians the ability to self serve, and manage all of their documents required for travel.

From the beginning, we recognized a fundamental issue in healthcare staffing: the system had become too transactional, at the expense of the people powering it. LUVO was created to challenge that model and evolve with both clinician and client in mind. We lead with Care, Connect, and Create—prioritizing relationships, transparency, and accountability while supporting the well-being of the clinicians and partners we serve.

We believe healthcare professionals and clients are more than placements and contracts—they are people. People who deserve respect, advocacy, and genuine support, just as they provide every day to their patients. Inspired by the resilience and dedication of our clinicians and partners, we hold ourselves to a higher standard in how we show up, communicate, and deliver.
