The app is unstable.. dont let me go for onboarding. When i put my phone number and go for verification it shows a new screen with a message "something seems to have gone wrong, on our end or yours" ... How you guys are running ads in Pakistani market and this is actually what it is. Totally Frustrating 😠. - #2 Nah i just uninstalled it. 💨

The app is very slow, I have to switch menus before I can access my card control settings. logging in takes time, even with Biometric verification. Every menu takes time to fully load up. Please look into this and have a dedicated team work on the UX and UI.

Dear Mashreq Bank Team, The app is slow and needs proper load testing. The back button is inconsistent; only the top icon works. The design is not intuitive, and there is no clear “Manage Profile” section. Cards, Close Account, and Settlement options are not clearly displayed. CNIC scanning captures incorrect address data. Some UI elements do not function. Email verification alerts are confusing since system emails are already being received. Thank you.
