Mashreq Digital app is full of bugs. The app is extremely slow and keeps hanging. OTP does not work or auto fetch which makes it impossible to open a digital account. I have tried many times but the app just doesn’t respond properly. Very disappointing experience please fix these issues as soon as possible.

app is really great and the interface is very user-friendly too. There’s just one issue that should be fixed and that is the absence of a *“download receipt”* option. There’s only a *share* option, and the image that comes when sharing is also *blurry*. Ideally, there should be a *download or save* button right on the receipt itself.

The overall experience of banking with Mashreq Pakistan has been great so far! But unfortunately, I don't like the lag which happens every time I use the app. Makes the user experience unpleasant. Kindly make it more responsive.
