Ratings and reviews

Please improve the way you show transactions in account statement and transaction history. Every transaction says "Debit Card Purchase" with a code and an amount. No mention of the vendor name or where the money was spent. This is really annoying. In this way it is difficult to remember where the money was spent. Every other mobile app has this facility. There is no in app mechanism for such complaints/suggestions.

I am using it and was never aware of 1 million transfer limit and my funds are stopped to be used in the same month. I applied for an upgrade of the account and provided documents but waited and waited for the issue to be resolved. I am thinking of transferring my funds once the limit is open and then close the account because there is no customer service number and no one available to help

Very Very Poor Customer Support Management.. I made the payment of PKR 2,600 through Mashreq Bank for a Jazz package, but the package was not activated even though the amount was deducted from my account. I have already submitted complaints 4–5 times, but I have received no response. It is extremely frustrating to deal with such a slow system. It has almost been a month, and I have not received a single call from the bank, nor has my payment been refunded.
