This is 100 times better than Meezan Bank, and we can also use it as a digital wallet with zero fees. The app itself is quite good, but they still need to do a lot of work on it—for example, adding a proper payment send receipt and making the app a bit faster. I hope they improve it, because if they do, Mashreq can become Pakistan’s number one bank. And if they open their own ATMs and branches, it will be even more amazing

I had a very poor experience with this Bank. Around 10 days ago, I made a transaction of PKR 20,000 from a National Bank ATM, which unfortunately failed, but the amount was still deducted from my account. Since then, the amount has not been refunded. Normally, other banks reverse such failed ATM transactions immediately, but in my case, there has been an unnecessary delay. I have contacted customer support multiple times through calls and emails, but I have not received any proper response res.
