I am forced to verify my new device with biometric. I have not idea why I simply cannot verify it using my old phone or ID card etc. Also for some reasons, the app would just decide to blur the entire camera view at the second it is supposed to capture. The camera will be perfectly fine before and after that capture moment, but never at that exact second. How could this be a random coincidence in over 20 attempts? I have been trying since like a month and it is always that exact second.

I had a very poor experience with this Bank. Around 5 days ago, I made a transaction of PKR 2000 from a MCB BANK ATM, which unfortunately failed, but the amount was still deducted from my account. Since then, the amount has not been refunded. Normally, other banks reverse such failed ATM transactions immediately, but in my case, there has been an unnecessary delay. I have contacted customer support multiple times through calls and emails, but I have not received any proper response.

😡I am very disappointed. For two weeks, when I try to sign in to my account in app, the I receive email (We have detected multiple authorization attempts on your Mashreq account. For your security, we strongly advise you to reset your account password immediately.) which is incorrect statement and system error. kindly correct this issues in present and future otherwise your service will not help people.
