Ratings and reviews

Every month they deduct 25 pounds for no reason even after I increased my balance. Account is not accepted by online payment sites. Very hard to reach out to Customer service agent.

i would never recommend this bank, it's literally the worst bank i ever dealt with, no customer service, delay in receiving transactions and also my money disappearing when i send it!!! is this a scam or what is that????

most of the time it's not working. I really fed up. every day I call to ask for solving the problem. sure it's not good as I face a great problem for its delay
