Ratings and reviews

The app is nice, but when adding a note during a money transfer, I can only type letters, not numbers. I hope the app developer will fix this problem.

One SERIOUS flaw. Rather than prompting you which account you wish to transfer FROM, app defaults to the account with the highest balance. Of course you can change the preselected account but most of the time you don't even notice until after you've made the transfer. Lack of a call center or live person support is another serious concern. The so-called support bot is utterly useless.

Worst bank when it comes to the delivery of your cards it's been more than 7 working days ! I was promised " 3 to 5 working days maximum " now it's more than 7 working days , definitely not happy with the service and customer service takes more than one day to get back to you about your complain unbelievable أسواء بنك فى توصيل البطاقات بقالى اكتر من ٧ ايام عمل مستنى الكارت و كنت موعود ٣ إلى ٥ ايام عمل كحد أقصى ، غير سعيد تماما بالخدمة , و خدمة العملاء بيخدو اكتر من يوم عشان يردو عليك مش معقول
