Ratings and reviews

The UX/UI is terrible and lacks important functions that existed in the Neo Biz app. Either let us use the old Neo Biz app or add the important features of card control like setting withdrawal limits and blocking countries.

Not user friendly. Too many additional steps vs old one . Issues with the bank transfers. Poor experience.

The old trnasfer tracker in the old website was better and can make me see the whole transaction movement even through the clearance status, but now, there are only few insufficient data
