Terrible app no customer support. Have to re sign in randomly, and then doesn't recognize password or organization. When you email for password reset no response. Even after multiple requests and then error with system retry later. Ugh!! As well when it does work you have to try to unlock the Bluetooth lock multiple times before it actually unlocks. Not worth the price shop around there has to be something better elsewhere.

Simply great! For our non profit it's become essentiel for access control, lowering the number key sets distributed and the overall security of our tools and sites. we've rolled it out to inventory, door access, vehicule keys. Gives us full accountability and streamlines our access granting (onboarding and outboarding)

this app is useless!!! it just don't work I've tried many times to get a return email with my information on it that is supposed to send me I waited three or four days I push send me an email at 9:10 times and I haven't gotten that one email yet don't even waste your time download this app it's a fake
