Terrible app no customer support. Have to re sign in randomly, and then doesn't recognize password or organization. When you email for password reset no response. Even after multiple requests and then error with system retry later. Ugh!! As well when it does work you have to try to unlock the Bluetooth lock multiple times before it actually unlocks. Not worth the price shop around there has to be something better elsewhere.

"Serving clients for over 100 years", this means nothing. I paid extra for integration with Broker Bay. Find out I can't integrate with it. Now I am asking to switch to ShowingTime instead, it turns out they want me to pay again. Is this how the company stayed in business for 100 years? By double charging customers?

This is a horribly unreliable app. You would think that a company like Master Lock would have their act together, but they definitely cut corners and costs to provide a substandard product. It might go over well in third World countries, but lacks reliability where and when it counts the most.
