*Please note: This app only works for the following child support program:
- Illinois – Statewide DCSS (only parents who have had a modification review on their court order since February 23, 2013)
- Kansas - Maximus supports certain counties. Anyone can use the application to contact support.


This app simplifies the child support process for parents by connecting them with their local office through real-times messages, case updates, and information. Currently the app supports Illinois DCSS.

Ratings and reviews

This app does literally nothing. No case info, no modification info, just blank tabs. Even when you try to click the "+" to add a new modification it doesn't do anything, almost like it's just there for looks. It looks like a decoy app to lessen call traffic, the one they always refer you too knowing full well it doesn't get you anywhere just like all the phone numbers they give out that also don't work.

Can't register with a hyphenated name. Edit. I called, and was told they cannot register me and to try without the hyphen which, of course, I already had. It was implied that it was my fault rather than being a functionality issue.

My last name is hyphenated in child supports system. The app won't let me register because of the way my last name listed. I've tried variations of my last name without the hyphen and was still unable to register.
