Is this app even being used now? It usually works fine. But, now I can't get in. Not sure what the problem is. Will give it more stars when it's fixed. Edit: 08/29/2024: I finally get to log in. The search function worked really great. Then... I was forced to update the app and then everything sucks. Especially the provider search. Did having an app that actually worked too much for you?

having this app makes things so easy and it is very convenient to use. having this app on my phone makes it convenient so when I go to my doctors appointments and I don't remember my ID number I can always pull it up on my phone, if I miss place my card, I can always look and pull up the app on my phone plus I get a lot of other features in the app. I enjoy using the app because of its convenience.

It has me going around in circles. I have been trying for days to change my insurance and add my provider, but it keeps tell me it has a bug. It says because of the bug, I need to update the app and try again😠 I have tried and there are no updates and why does a State website have bugs??? I can't give you a better rating until the problems are soleved!
