Every time I try to log in and use the app I get a error that says it could not connect to NC Medicaid Managed Care. Please try again later, I don't understand how this app has so many great reviews when I have yet to get it to work.

The app is awesome, very convenient and if you have a problem you can always call and the people are nice, informative and helpful.

every time I try to sign in, it says logged out due to inactivity... how tho because it hasn't even let me log in!
