I initially rated this app 4 but had to come back and reduce it. For one, it was easy to apply for but, it rejected my application without any reason. The dues date is also short. 7 days! That's not reasonable. I am glad that my application was rejected. Just delete my info as I would be deleting your app and for both our peace, don't try to call me later to try anything funny. I have screenshots of every process.

actually I have not used this loan app before but through investigation and research I came across this app, because there is a scammer out there using hi credit, topcredit, and mintbag loan apps to defraud people that's why I am bringing it to your notice so you can do something about it and warn customers not to fall victims to them. they start by introducing business loan from there, they start leading you on, and on until you get into their traps. the are impersonating your loan app.

I am short of words! Hi credit customer treatment is topnotch. just keep the communication open and they will attend to your concerns. I was incredibly given a waiver off the outstanding overdue given appropriate dialogue. if you have this app, please retain it. They understand Nigerian plight and don't trample on the downtrodden borrowers compared to most apps. You are overdue already? Just ensure you pay your loan and other things will be handled to your favor. trust me
