I'm experiencing a frustrating issue while trying to open a new account. When the OTP is sent to my email, if I minimize the app to check my email, the application restarts from the OTP page upon reopening. This forces me to request a new OTP, causing unnecessary delays. It would be beneficial if the app allowed users to navigate away and return without losing progress. I hope the development team addresses this issue to improve the overall user experience. The app is not display compatible.

very good and easy access but one thing you need to have work on it it's your calling whenever I call your operaters it's take more than 10 mints to connect the operator and after finishing call my issue still not fixed so now I decided to visit your branch but when I see branch timing it's too short 2pm closed.

The worst bank ever UAE had. Someone made a fraud transaction with my account in December 2024. I made calls and complained several times but the same answer every time that we'll check and get back to you in 40 days. Till now I don't have any updates about that.If you don't have any security please shut it down.
