I'm experiencing a frustrating issue while trying to open a new account. When the OTP is sent to my email, if I minimize the app to check my email, the application restarts from the OTP page upon reopening. This forces me to request a new OTP, causing unnecessary delays. It would be beneficial if the app allowed users to navigate away and return without losing progress. I hope the development team addresses this issue to improve the overall user experience. The app is not display compatible.

The worst bank ever UAE had. Someone made a fraud transaction with my account in December 2024. I made calls and complained several times but the same answer every time that we'll check and get back to you in 40 days. Till now I don't have any updates about that.If you don't have any security please shut it down.

very bad experience. got a physical card but can't access the card.... and no one responded until now . even customer care also not connecting put me on hold for 20 mnts. still no one contacted me and cleared my complaint. still bad experience from the Mbank side.still no one contacted me from your side. worst customer service I saw. it has become 4 month can't use app and card.....
