App no longer works. Edit (7.1.22) Reinstalled the app. It worked. Signed back in and it had my data (quickorders and points). I would be impressed if you could use points for a family deal or maybe a quick order favorite. We probably go 2x a month. Being able to special order makes everyone in the house happier and it's a convenient treat. One star off, occasionally the app reloads at the drive up and I have to renavigate to the order number screen. Probably a refresh.

Unnecessarily complicated UI It works but the UI could be simplified a lot. I am a coder and deeply technical, I find the app cumbersome and bloated without any ads. The rewards navigation is overly complicated as well. Also it's stupid to limit one reward per order. If you had enough points for a family of 4 you cannot use it in a simple order. You have to go around 4 times through an empty drive thru and order. I can understand deals that are limited but using the earned rewards is stupid.

The latest update to this app is horrible! I've never had to pick the location over and over again while sitting in the drive through. The cashless card link function is pointless because it doesn't sync with the location so I end up having to pay with a card. It's becoming more of a hassle than a timesaver.
