It's a good app. However, I dislike that I can only use one deal/reward when I've got thousands of points to use but can't. Why accumulate points if your not gonna get the chance to use them all? Also, when I choose "curbside" pick up, the screen clears out when you pull up to a spot and you can't find an option anymore to notify them what parking spot you're in. I've always gotta call the restaurant to let them know I'm there. Fawlty but convenient.

currently, each order is limited to one deal or one reward. however, you need to select the option "I'm already here" so the restaurant can start preparing your order.

Changing rating to 1 star. The $1 drink deal says it applies to 2 drinks for $1 each. But every time I get 2, the second drink rings in at full price. It has never done this before the latest update. Always been able to get both drinks for $1 each in one order. Even the verbage on the deal states that! The interface is not user friendly and has way too many steps to place an order. If you're trying to encourage people to use the app to save time and labor then make it more streamline!

For the past WEEK, every single time I try and order through this app, it said, "Sorry, we're having issues on our end, try again later or go inside" or something along those lines. The first 2 times, the store wouldn't honor the online deal, even though it was YOUR app screwing up, not anything I'D done. I've even UNinstalled and REinstalled the app with no results. Extremely frustrating and infuriating, especially when you're trying to go through the drive-thru and can't!
