Ratings and reviews

It glitches and it completely stuffed up my order. Even after emptying the cart and restarting the order multiple times due to the app lagging and freezing, it reverted to an earlier order and didn't apply the discount voucher. Absolutely rubbish! The staff at the store can't do anything about it and you're required to leave online feedback via the app.

Absolute trash. After placing an order, it errored out saying an item was not available at the location. After I removed the item and placed the order again, it had automatically changed the store location to something a kilometre away even though I was right outside the correct store (on foot). No option to talk to anyone about it. You would think for a giant company they could make a simple mobile app correctly but it's too much to expect I guess.

Confirmed an order for $25 on the app drive through pick up. Get to the window, a previous order was added and paid for accumulating to almost $50. I was eating alone..... Not the financial climate to be forcefully making people double up on orders. The worker explained its happened to multiple people. Tried to get in contact with maccas, but contact routes are such a nightmare to navigate I gave up. Last time I allow myself to get ripped off by a corporate company. Never again.
