Ratings and reviews

The most unreliable app I have ever used, EVER, without a doubt! Only works 5% of the time, if you're lucky! And it always decides, FOR ME, that I'm actually not at the location I've chosen and changes mid transaction. For a worldwide company worth billions this is disgraceful. order and pay, go to store and they say i haven't paid so I have to pay them, check my account and i HAD paid thru the app!

Ruined my night by setting location to a different one than i selected, without notifying me, sometime between selecting confirm payment and the payment actually processing. Despite it being the wrong store, it also let me confirm my order when i arrived. Wasted a huge chunk of my time driving around, and food was cold when I finally did get it. Disgustingly broken app. Constantly failing, long waits for screen to load, and it'll crash whenever it feels like it. Very disappointing. Do better.

The last 4 visits I couldn't use the app. Has new terms and conditions and doesn't let you press the accept button even without reading the unethical terms and conditions section that absolutely not one person would fully read. Phone restarted, app uninstalled and reinstalled. An absolute nightmare. I have the monopoly card that would allow me to win the gardening set but can't get Into the app. My local maccas don't know how to fix this problem and say heaps of customers have the same issue.
