App has a lot of bugs. Does not work properly.. I tried ordering for 10 April morning, after confirming it shows 9 April (which is yesterday). It refuses to change. I went to support link and tried to send in my feedback is this issue, after writing for 20 min, the app closes on its own when i tried to attach screenshots and all my feedback is gone! This happened again when i tried on the morning. The estimated time of arrival/delivery is not sync with the timeline.

The points don't actually get added to your account. The last two transactions did not earn points even though one was for a deal in the app so I know I entered my code correctly. Contacted customer support and they want order numbers which is a little unrealistic. I don't hoard order numbers and receipts just in case an app doesn't work as it should. Won't try for a third time because nothing has been done to fix it.

Bad UX and Removes Coupons per Account Basis They will remove coupons specifically from your own account's deal menu. I was confused as to why the deals were gone. Only to look at my wife's app and see the deals on her account. I logged out of my account. And just as I thought the deals show. Nowhere on the app does it state that they do this. This is absurd. The only reason I will get something at McD's is because of the deals. After the update. The new UX is terrible and inconvenient.
