The app doesn't allow screenshots. There's just a prompt that "Something went wrong. please try again later." Couldn't even check accredited clinics/doctors. Slow app Edit: after update and pw replacement the app doesn't even open at all with a prompt "Whoops! we're facing technical issues connecting you......." uhmmm what's with the unprofessional whoops?

If there's a way to put negative 5, I would. This app has never fixed the error message that keep popping up on the screen every second. You can't even use its features. YOU'D END UP DEAD BECAUSE OF IT APART FROM THE FRUSTRATION IT BRINGS!!!

I just recently signed up for the app as i needed to use the hmo for a consultation and getting medical certificate as well but it ask as me to add a number but i couldn't add a number since the system keeps on loading and asking me to wait.. i've been waiting for an hour already and i've been logged out of the application without even doing anything.
