Useless application. Always getting "something went wrong" error. Was never able to use this since I've installed the app 2 months ago. To think that Medicard is a healthcare provider and should be putting high importance on their service as it involves their client's health (something they can't be complacent about), a simple upgrade on their application and they can't do well on it. Could say a lot about what kind of company Medicard is. I hope you can do better than this.

The app asks you to change your password every month for no reason. Having to enter a new OTP EVERYTIME you log in is another hassle to wait around for. Finally the app literally doesn't work. The error message "Something went wrong" shows up multiple times not letting me request anything through the app. Now I'm stuck with the slow concierge at Makati Med where I've been waiting for 30 mins just for a consult LOA.

Ever since the update on March, opening this app has been a nightmare. An infinite loop of "Something went wrong" has greeted me every time I logged in. There were times when opening the app will lead me to an error page. To think this is the only way to access their other services.
