The security process is far too inconvenient. Between frequent OTPs and automated password expirations, fixing access takes more than a quick call to support. ​Please enable biometrics to help senior users who often forget passwords. Sending an extra verification email for documents is redundant, and the LOA requirement feels unnecessary. Please test your app with users aged 50–60 to fix these friction points.

This app is all flex no convenience. I booked a dental appointment in one of their clinics through the app. Then days before the appointed date they will inform you that the earliest would be 3 weeks from my booked date. The unavailable dates should be grayed when booking an appointment so customers won't be misguided that the date they prefer was available.

The app doesn't allow screenshots. There's just a prompt that "Something went wrong. please try again later." Couldn't even check accredited clinics/doctors. Slow app Edit: after update and pw replacement the app doesn't even open at all with a prompt "Whoops! we're facing technical issues connecting you......." uhmmm what's with the unprofessional whoops?
