MedTick is designed specifically for Wear OS and optimized for small round displays. It focuses on quick actions, glanceable information, and low-friction schedule management so you can handle reminders in seconds.

Reliability matters for medication reminders. MedTick uses exact alarm behavior where supported so recurring reminders continue to fire as expected, including after device restarts when the system restores scheduled alarms.

Privacy is simple: your medication data is stored on-device for reminders, history, and exports. MedTick does not depend on cloud sync to deliver its core reminder experience.
