Ratings and reviews

Worked well for a couple of months, then when I wanted to review an appointment which took place the day before. I started the app and when it opened all my info was gone and it didn't have any past appointments and I had to start over, like I had never used the app. To say I'm not happy with the app would be an understatement.

This app is a life saver! I began using it for myself but then my mother-in-law became ill and we had Dr appointments with 3 different specialists. Trying to keep all the information covered in each appointment would have been overwhelming. Instead I recorded each appointment and got a complete and comprehensive summary from each visit that could be shared. I am a HUGE fan of this app! You can even add your pets! It's an invaluable asset when dealing with Dr. appointments.

Lost my information. Appointment and recording worked in doctor's office. Showed summary of visit. Opened the app a couple of days later and everything was gone. Even had to re-register. Uninstalled.
