The app is okay in terms of checking the bill. But the app is worse on processing payments. It was my first time processing payment through the app hoping for the payment to reflect right away. But instead, the app froze and my payment didn't reflect but the noney was deducted to my card. I had to contact hotline, which is useless by the way, I tried contacting them through Facebook messenger, but there was no agent available! So lastly, I had to contact them via Email!!! Frustrating!

I have been using this app for years now. But just recently, the app keeps exiting when clicking the menu. When I uninstalled and reinstalled, I can no longer log in because the app still keeps exiting. Pls fix the problem. I cannot upgrade rating because I am not able to login again since last night. ATTENTION to App Admin/Developer, This app IS NOT WORKING since yesterday!

app was great at first been using this to pay my bills and payment was real time, until the app deducted the same amount on my card 3x now because of the buggy payment option it keeps on turning white screen during payment. it keeps deducting but not showing on the account, now I have to contact my bank for the refund which a hassle. Never again will make a payment using this app
