Ratings and reviews

Unpleasant app. Transactions fail, when asking customer support about it, the person doesn't seem to understand the problem. When app is asking "are you happy?" And I clicked "no" next option is to leave a comment, bit the "send" button doesn't work. The app does not allow to transfer more than 0.00200btc at once and I had to make multiple transactions with multiple fees applied.

Scam app. Once you buy crypto your unable to withdraw or transfer. The app does not send the code to your email and when you ask customer service all they say is the team is working on the issue.

The short time I used this app had been terrible. First the site is not intuitive. When I buy crypto, or transfer crypto or require a code to be sent to my email. They often fail. Then support would tell me they have check and everything is working fine, there must me something on my end. So I just transfer all my assets out and deleted this app. Thums down to this app.
