Horrible. All day event. They got my license, credit card, KYC info, email and phone.. then without ANY explanation they said they blocked me by their security without ANY transaction having gone through. No explanation what so ever. This is 1 hour after identity verification and acceptance ! Perhaps they are the hackers! I had to change my credit card just now as I got worried!! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This is the most useless App I have ever seen. It couldn't verify my documents with International passport for no reasons. The worse is that it has no room for retry or to dictate the reason for verification decline so as to make some corrections. Worst still, customer service says they decision is final as the app didn't give them any room to intervene. Developer, please do something about it. After that I will change my rating.

Bought cryto instantly, and they let you use it right away without waiting. You can also withdraw to an external wallet.
