Scam app. Once you buy crypto your unable to withdraw or transfer. The app does not send the code to your email and when you ask customer service all they say is the team is working on the issue.

Took My Money but said purchase transaction failed. No phone number for support. A responsive support team but no timely resolution. Can not afford this failure!!! 16 hours later, charge reversed but then the app wouldn't process any purchase! Completely lacks and disappointed because they have been my go to crypto app until now.

I contacted MercuryO support, Olivia was super friendly, she have helped me to resolve with my KYC process. However I was looking for the Direct Debit Card product feature, unfortunately USA region is not available yet today.
