Started out great but then there was an update. Now my Pro subscription doesn't seem to work anymore. the Global challenges don't work and won't register my rower's activity. The timed and distance training don't work either. I actually thought this app was pretty decent until the update. Please can someone look at the issues that are being reported and fix them?

The app connected the initial setup time and after that it wouldn't pair no matter what my husband and I tried. I even tried having my phone initiate the pair and got a notification that the bike declined the pairing. This app only records the basics of time, distance, heart rate, etc which for me a photo on my phone was enough. The resistance is a tension dial and not recorded at all. Don't waste your time on this app.

I'd like to cancel.my monthly subscription but there is no place to so. helllllp please. UPDATE. well i got my subscription canceled. yea but now I can't use the app at all on any device. Just keep getting the Java error. I liked the app when it worked right just because it kept track of my daily progress. oh well guess I'll have to find something else.
