Garbage app. Garbage system. The machine I have doesn't keep track of your daily workouts. The app disconnected mid workout. If you start it back, it doesn't sync with the machine, so it's like you just started a new workout. If you're trying to keep track of your workouts, use a different app on your wearable device.

-1 star because: when I first tried to create an account, the email didn't come and I got an error message in Chinese. After a few minutes, the app allowed me to try again, and I was able to register. Once I did, I was able to connect to my machine and look up a beginner workout. I appreciate that there was a starter workout that focused on the correct rowing form. It was a little hard to understand the trainer's accent, but once I got used to it, I felt like the class went well.

The app connected the initial setup time and after that it wouldn't pair no matter what my husband and I tried. I even tried having my phone initiate the pair and got a notification that the bike declined the pairing. This app only records the basics of time, distance, heart rate, etc which for me a photo on my phone was enough. The resistance is a tension dial and not recorded at all. Don't waste your time on this app.
