This app frequently crashes, disconnects from the treadmill randomly, and the buttons don't even line up on the screen correctly. The remote I got with the treadmill arrived slightly broken, so I hoped to use the app instead, but I don't even know if this will be viable. Not to mention I paid $350 for a treadmill just to have ads on the app?

-1 star because: when I first tried to create an account, the email didn't come and I got an error message in Chinese. After a few minutes, the app allowed me to try again, and I was able to register. Once I did, I was able to connect to my machine and look up a beginner workout. I appreciate that there was a starter workout that focused on the correct rowing form. It was a little hard to understand the trainer's accent, but once I got used to it, I felt like the class went well.

The app connected the initial setup time and after that it wouldn't pair no matter what my husband and I tried. I even tried having my phone initiate the pair and got a notification that the bike declined the pairing. This app only records the basics of time, distance, heart rate, etc which for me a photo on my phone was enough. The resistance is a tension dial and not recorded at all. Don't waste your time on this app.
