Support takes forever to respond to mails and support requests in the app. The app doesn't have good help. The website for Vola Finance doesn't resemble anything in the app. I've been charged the monthly fee twice today after my app unexpectedly closed. I can't tell when an advance will actually be deposited in my account. I don't see why instant deposits don't work since it's clear instant debits work just fine. The app also looks like it was designed by inexperienced developers.

Edit: Suggestion from developer worked so I have updated my rating to 5 stars. This service has always been good until I had this issue and now it's back to being great again. It worked great for a long time. Now all of a sudden, I can't confirm my advance. It gets to the confirm advance screen, but the button isn't there to actually confirm it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still does not work.

Hi Kimberly, your phone text font size may be too big, so you can't see the confirm advance button at the bottom of your screen. Please reduce the text font size of your phone. You should be able to confirm the advance on the app after this.

It was okay for a while. However, one day, it just randomly decided my bank was no longer eligible, even though it was on the approved list. When asking customer service, they said to just said add a different account. Very frustrating, but hey, if your bank is supported, it can help someone for sure. Update: I state a problem, and it is made out to be my fault? No. I always made my payments and paid the high subscription fee. Just stay away. There are way better apps.

Hi Mikaela, sorry for the inconvenience. I have observed that banks do unqualified after a few months, if you have multiple payment failures. So the best way to continue with our services is to add a different bank account which passes all our basic eligibility requirements.
