stupid waste of time. Advertising based on cash advance and that's what I need spending all his time filling out information for my finances and everything just for you guys to not even offer a cash advance. not even deny it, I don't even get offered or the ability to seek one out. I didn't download the app for credit building. I've got other things dealing with that. I downloaded it based on the advertisement of simple cash advance and was not even able to ask for one. f.o.h.

I have been trying for a week to get help, my account was deactivated (I don't know how or why). With customer service It's going around and around. I keep getting the same thing, update the app, change the password and I seem to have more than one account. Customer service doesn't seem to understand that in the first place I can't login, or even change my password, to do anything else.

Take my advice, find a different app. First of all, you have to pay first to even access an advance. That defeats the entire point! You'll fork up the fee only to be told you're not eligible. That is, IF you can even get past the add a card step! I've tried everything, deleting and redownloading the app, updating it, restarting it, no matter how many times I add my card, it won't tell me a card is added. I've put in my information at least 15 times now, only for it to take me back to the start!
