Support takes forever to respond to mails and support requests in the app. The app doesn't have good help. The website for Vola Finance doesn't resemble anything in the app. I've been charged the monthly fee twice today after my app unexpectedly closed. I can't tell when an advance will actually be deposited in my account. I don't see why instant deposits don't work since it's clear instant debits work just fine. The app also looks like it was designed by inexperienced developers.

It was okay for a while. However, one day, it just randomly decided my bank was no longer eligible, even though it was on the approved list. When asking customer service, they said to just said add a different account. Very frustrating, but hey, if your bank is supported, it can help someone for sure. Update: I state a problem, and it is made out to be my fault? No. I always made my payments and paid the high subscription fee. Just stay away. There are way better apps.

Hi Mikaela, sorry for the inconvenience. I have observed that banks do unqualified after a few months, if you have multiple payment failures. So the best way to continue with our services is to add a different bank account which passes all our basic eligibility requirements.

Horrible! Takes my money for the tier upgrade. After I had already upgraded. Says I'm eligible to take an advance, but when I try something pops up saying I've exhausted something, but I can't read the rest of it and it disappears. If I'm paid up, both for advance and subscription, and I've waited the "cool off" period, I should be able to get my advance!
