worst app ever account always get locked and says wrong user name or password although I'm using the reset password sent over email!!!! and need to wait several days for unlocking the account. I feel like they are intentionally making it harder for users to claim and refund their money to save money. worst experience ever again and again worst app ever!!!!

This is the worst app I've ever seen, if they intentionally want this app to be the worst app they couldn't have made it perfectly like this. I can't even create a new account and it told me to contact support and the support told me they have maintenance, so the app couldn't tell me that they have maintenance. This is a trash application.

Very poor and outdated application , always problematic with passwords and doesn't let the OS save passwords or allow biometrics And reser password service is always not working
