The MetLife application disappoints users in its inability to locate nearby doctors in their area. Despite claiming to offer convenient healthcare assistance, the app's design flaws, lack of useful filters, and outdated information make it frustrating and unreliable. Users are left feeling helpless as they struggle to find relevant doctors. The app's shortcomings highlight the need for significant improvements to fulfill its promise of assisting users in locating healthcare providers effective

There are alot of bugs in this application specially in providers network searching, really it was uncomfortable and the results were unrealistic. Also the user experience is very poor and needs alot of improvments. My recommendation is yoh needs to check the competitors apps and compare their functions and UX to be in track. I am recommend to check AXA app it is nice one.

A very bad application that Notting works on it, it has no use at all, a total waist of the phone space
