poor app, the 'remember me' button us useless, no support to contact, no password reset link is sent, no way to use normally as any other app! Medical network isn't viewed properly, no valid contact for most of the network, no filtering feature works properly... simply it's a paper catalog viewed digitally, and it wasn't even a good paper catalog!

error for everything : for signing in , for resetting password. even if the credentials are right , it will say it's wrong every time and your account may be blocked after several trials how it can be a reliable application for health !!!

The application doesn't accep the reset password I get from "MetLife" and I got locked out. As a medical application for supposedly reputable company, it is really disastrous. Thinking of being in a real emergency and the app letting one down is such a fail. Putting in consideration that there is no alternative for the "e-card".
