Ratings and reviews

The app is very slow to load and after entering my user name the first time I had to wait before it would allow me to enter the password. To get to the page to do tranfers, deposits, and payments is not intuitive. Rather than that functionality being in the menu, the "+" button is used where accounts are listed. A "+" in that location would normally be to used to add an account. The good news is it worked with errors.

BAD APP!!!!!!!! Every week or two, sometimes the next day I have to uninstall the app because it won't let me sign in. Also every time you log in it asks if you want to enable a feature you don't want to and it resets every time you have to reinstall the app. I've talked to others with the app and they have the same experience. I'm honestly considering switching banks because the app is so inconvenient. Also it asks you to enroll in online banking every time so I have enrolled at least 20 times.

The app rarely lets me use it. I have to close it and reopen it numerous times. and half the time Zelle isn't working within the app
