I've always loved this app. It makes online banking very easy. But, they've made some changes to the app, which has some bugs in it... I like to use fingerprint logon for most things. In the past, I always used fingerprint logon for this app with No Issues! But, since they made app changes, the fingerprint logon causes the app to crash, leading to having to uninstall and reinstall it, for it to work again. If not using fingerprint, the app works fine. So, I've changed my rating from 5 star to 4

App is aweful, look at any other bank app and see how user friendly they are compared to yours(Renesant). l would love it if there was a quick access feature so I can see my balance in seconds instead of logging in everytime. The app itself is in outdated and in dire need of an overhaul, and offers little by way of features, functions and options, like mobile deposites, credit scores, and an option to download statements(for free)-just to name a few. We are busy people, and yall close early!

I like the convenience! I wish I could breeze through multiple check deposits without having to start over - tap deposit, accept the 2 pages of terms, etc. Just a step through would be great - picture of front, back, amount, destination, submit, "another?" query... all checks have 2 sides and an amount, so the interface requires too much work.... UPDATE: new lighting standards for check deposit require you to be on the surface of the sun... very annoying.
