so let me get this straight. they delete the card app, the one where you can cancel & order a new card in case anything happens & check spending insights for settling with the default app that doesn't even give you the insights for what you're spending (took20+ minutes & still didn't load & my wifi connection is elite) interface is bogus,, you really can't do anything on the app outside of moving money because ever other option you choose is just a water downed version of the browser version.

Based on the latest version, I can no longer access my account. I can login, but it takes me to a screen that says it will complete in 1-3 mins, however it fails every time. Great. App is completely broken. UPDATE: I managed to log in via the web instead to update my account and that worked to get past that step and then the mobile app worked after that. Pretty bad bug in the mobile app though. All it had to do was call the web API and it would have worked fine.

Ever since the recent update the apps been unusable. 90% of the time when I log in it just brings up a white screen and won't let me do anything or even see anything. The other 10% of the time I have to get a stupid call just to be able to log in, it's super inconvenient, i liked the texting option from before. I wish I wouldn't have switched to this bank, I'm switching banks soon. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT PROTECTING THEIR CUSTOMERS.
