App works good once you can actually get into it. Almost every single week I have to uninstall and reinstall the app just so it will log in correctly. Otherwise it will throw up an error and make me resubmit my user name and pw along with security questions. If I uninstall it and reinstall it, it'll work correctly for about 4 days and then it starts all over again throwing errors every time I try to log in. I had hoped with this latest update that it had fixed the issue, but it has not.

I feel I shouldnt add to the already negative comments, but I will. This is the most frustrating banking app Ive ever used. I try to open it and it has "error data network is busy or unavailable." The majority of the time it doesnt work for me. It defeats the purpose of mobile banking if you cant access your accounts. Also it would be nice if they could show your new balance after each transaction. Instead of just showing how much has been deposited or withdrawn, it should have your new balance.

Set it up for pass code, may work 2 or 3 log in. May open app and user name not there, after you check box remember user name. Then you have to put in your user name, password and answer security questions. It also will enable fingerprint log in, it's an absolute toss up when you open the app. Getting worse each time, about to change banks just because of the inconvenience of trying to use the app!
