Good bank, works hard to be customer friendly. This app works the same; customer friendly, straight forward. I'd recommend. Update 11/13/23: App still works great. Wish there was an option to view passwords when entered to avoid dumb mis-entries errors with clumsy fingers. But being able to use a pass code entry was a significant improvement, thank you. Update 3/7/24: like the fingerprint sign in, good improvement!

This is the WORST mobile banking app ever.. Customer service is great but my goodness they need to rework this app from the ground up. I can't transfer money through Zelle even though all my information is up to date. They have closed 3 tickets and my issue is not resolved. I called and the manager I spoke with is even experiencing my issue. They can't even fix THEIR issue. This is the main reason I'm leaving this bank. The app hasn't been functional since I've been with them for 8 years.

It's...fine. I can do the basic things I expect from a bank. Some rough edges (that have been there for YEARS) that it'D be nice if they fixed up. For instance, it's very difficult to paste into/autofill the login boxes. It doesn't recognize that you've filled the box, so even after pasting, you've got to type then backspace a letter in the boxes to enable the submit button. Given that everybody should be using a password manager for security now, it's pretty crazy that this bug still exists.
