Ratings and reviews

Frustrating app. In the middle of booking a room they change the price. But they don't tell you that...you just can't checkout. As in, the room is in your cart but it won't put the credit card thru. Eventually it won't even show a place to put your card. Shameful bait and switch for a rewards program. Has happened to me multiple times.

Lots of little errors in the app kept causing me to have to restart some of the process. The most notable one was where it kept giving a generic error when trying to check in, and then kicking me out without further explanation. I figured out after a few tries that I was using the wrong CVV number (from my old card), and that the app isn't error handling correctly that -- but nothing ever indicated THAT was the error.

The app is fine - is what it is as far as a rewards app goes. Slight critiques on it: there is no option for dark mode in the app for those with light sensitivity. The app also could really benefit from an interactive map to navigate MGM Grand - you can get lost pretty easily and there isn't very many map kiosks set up.
