Ratings and reviews

dishonest check in process. 1) does not show the incidentals held amount 2) does not mention that if you have an outstanding balance. For example $200 in resort fees. It simply asks you to add a payment for "incidentals". AT NO POINT DOES IT SHOW THE AMOUNT YOU WILL BE CHARGED. Obviously intentional. its the same experience at the kiosk in their lobby. besides that, the app is super buggy.

It seems fine at the first glance, until it just fails to work. I've recently tried to actually book a room, got to the point of entering my payment details, it has charged me and then... immediately refunded me and failed the reservation with non-descriptive error, telling me to double check my payment info (which i've double checked and tried with a different card, too). Ended up staying elsewhere.

Mobile check-in worked great. We we're able to see when our room was ready and didn't have to wait in line to check in. We were sooooo excited to use the digital key feature... It worked in the elevator to get us to our floor, but when we got to our room, no luck! Had to go aaallllll the way back down to the lobby to get a physical key. Never could get the digital key option to work. App is useless once you're checked in
