All folders are open without a way to collapse them. Shallow indenting, no color coding or shading makes it impossible to tell what folder is a subfolder. This flat minimalist design is not efficient for organizing and quickly recognizing & accessing emails. The desktop and web versions of Outlook are not like this. Anything in the "inbox" function as expected. In any other folder it is too much of a time consuming nightmare to deal with. It wasn't like this in the past. Why change it?

This app is so unreliable. I see an email in my notifications, I click it and it's not even in my inbox, I just get an error that the email cannot be found. Then I refresh for the next 10 minutes and sometimes it will appear and sometimes it's blank. I look at my calendar on the go and it's blank or it doesn't reflect the changes of an update to a meeting someone has previously sent. I'm wondering what the point of this app when I don't get current emails and my calendar is not even up-to-date.

I have used Outlook since inception and have enjoyed it. I do wish they would do something about spam/fishing e-mail, the addresses are dead give aways so it should be relatively simple. I like the new sweep feature and use it heavily for unwanted e-mail that won't stop even when unsubscribed. Since now retired I don't use the advanced features like I used to. Keep the improvements coming
