The LoadTraxx App for drivers combined with the Online Dashboard for billing departments is an easy and powerful way to submit, store, and access data.
The LoadTraxx App for drivers can be downloaded for free, but can only be used with a subscription to the LoadTraxx Online Dashboard. When a subscription is purchased, you will be provided with a UserName and Password that can be used to login with the LoadTraxx App for drivers.
LoadTraxx eliminates the need for messy paperwork, trying to decipher illegible handwriting, and the retyping of data, allowing companies to streamline their process and get more work done faster.
Using the app, drivers can quickly and easily set the customer, location, and material details of their haul and get on the road faster. At the end of each day, drivers simply submit their daily log via the app which is then synced with the online dashboard. This new way to manage load data means instant invoices in the office.

Add New Truck: Don’t see your truck listed? Add a new truck by simply entering the vehicle name. Add additional details to the truck profile including: type of truck, axle count, truck weight, truck year, truck VIN, license state, and plate number.
Mileage Tracking: After selecting your truck, enter the mileage for automatic tracking.
Add Trailer: If you’re hauling a trailer, you have the option to select or add a new trailer after choosing your truck.
Starting, Loading, and Dropping Location: Select your starting location, loading location, and dropping location.
Loading & Backhauling: Choose whether you’re Loading or Backhauling in addition to the start, load, drop, and finish locations.
Select Load Material & Weight: Sand, gravel or dirt? Choose from a list of materials or add a new one. Then, add the weight of the material you’re hauling.
Add Idle Event: When you’re stuck in traffic or encountered a vehicle problem, you can start an idle event to pause your load tracking.
Set the Customer: For each new load, choose the customer that will be receiving the material. Create and add new customers as needed.
Set the Drop Location: Where will you be dropping this load? Enter an address or pinpoint the location on a map.
Close Out the Day: Enter your starting and ending mileage, sign your name, and submit. Your data will be sent to the office and an invoice will automatically be generated.
Dashboard system: For billing departments, automatically generates invoices for a quick and easy billing system.
