Got a new phone and transferred all the data and the only one that didn't work was my DMSS camera login. Tried to retrieve password and got the ambiguous email. "registration won't work from now on. Download DMSS HD". No links or further instruction. Tried to register but due to landscape mode it's almost impossible to use. Told to Click forgotten password but it isn't on the screen. I now can't access my cameras and the wife is scared to try in case she gets kicked out and can't get back in

What a load of useless bytes. Installed it, only shows in wide screen, doesn't have a button to complete the registration process. The old app at least kind of worked.

Very poor app infrastructure and design always in landscape mode, can't able to manually enter the id and numbers. No cloud storage option like old version gDmss. Try to make it easier and same like to gDmss app... Try to resolve the issue first and add cloud storage features...
