In preview window of Playback option the year to be chosen is not there. Once you have to go to 2000 from 2024 it takes 288 clicks to go to 2000 Jan to check recording. U may ask why go to 2000 ... Well my cameras doesn't have back up so when the light goes out it resets to 2000. So to see the recording one has to go back to 2000. Suggestion is to give an option of drop down for year as well for easier access.

The primary concern I want to address is that the GCMOB app is not working properly. Most of the time, it doesn't work as intended, and this issue has been ongoing for an extended period. The app often crashes or freezes, making it impossible for me to access my security camera feeds. Frequently fails to connect to my cameras, even when my network connection is stable.It just shows network issue consti l kindly request that you investigate and address these problems promptly

I have this app to be used for the cameras installed by the government, now whenever I try to connect first I have to restart my phone turn off the mobile network than connect to the wifi to access it restart every time then once that is over after a few minutes it says failed to connect and I have to do it all again so now to see those cameras it's just a pain and I wish I never have to use it. Pathetic
