A big Noo to CP PLUS the app is ok but customer service is worst! I'm trying to reach out to the technical support team since 10 days and everytime they make me wait for 5 to 10 minutes and just disconnect the call without answering! i wasted almost 1 hr daily because of these slackers.

When viewing CCTV playback, there are options to increase the speed to 2x, 4x, and 8x; however, there should also be a 6x option. This is because, at 8x speed, the video starts skipping—meaning the footage isn't displayed properly.

A good app to monitor the cp plus cameras. Only thing I would suggest to improve is the playback timeline component, it's hard to pin point the exact time because of the sensitivity. In the web view, there is an option to zoom the timeline, if it can be brought to the mobile app, that would be awesome.
