I am very unhappy with Mahanagar Gas due to extremely high bills and very poor customer service. The gas bill is unreasonably high compared to my actual usage, and there is no proper explanation provided. Even after multiple complaints, the issue remains unresolved. Customer service is disappointing and unresponsive. Calls and complaints are either ignored or handled casually without any clear solution. The staff is unhelpful and does not take response.

The app doesn't work. First, after entering mobile number you have wait for long for otp. If at all you get otp, after entering it there is "error occurred" message again and again. I find it entirely useless. (OnePlus 8pro. Every other app works. Don't you guys blame my phone or android version.) I gave 1 star, as there is no option for lesser.

May I know the developer company name of this app? After every update this app needs all details & registration again and again. God knows what they do? Very irritating.
