With this “App” no need to find call center/ emergency no. anywhere just dial it quickly or lodge your complaint through it and it will be attended with the similar priority . MGL Connect is Mahanagar Gas’s endeavor to serve its customers better.

Ratings and reviews

This app has sections for previous bills and payments but it is always empty. What is the use of the app if it can't provide information? it only allows you to upload meter reading and view the current bill, anything else wherever you click circulate the empty tabs. Utterly useless. This is again a classic example of government apps, which they create something but have very little value as such to the user.

What is the issue with the app and their developer and IT. In 30 mins there are 45 notifications of the same thing about 'a new version of the app is available ' and it is counting. pls fix as on play store there is no such update. App is notifying even after the force stops. Pls check with 6app team or if they are not getting alerts for this.

The app had been good to use. Could have done with some changes and optimizations. But, today the app is literally shooting notifications continuously (more than 3 notifications each minute) asking me to update the app, and on Playstore there's no new update. No idea what's going on. Is it a case of "Testing notifications in Prod" gone wrong?
