How to Rent a Car Avoiding Under 25 Fee

The fee for those under 25 will be waived if you're renting from Surprise Suppliers on the Carla app. Enter your age before searching and make a reservation with Surprise Suppliers. The supplier will be disclosed after your booking and will be one of the major car rental companies (such as Hertz Rent a Car, Avis Car Rental, Budget Car Rental, Europcar). There will be no young renter’s fee at the counter with this waiver unique to Carla. Make sure you book a rental marked "under 25 fee waived" or "no under 25 fee."

I have used Carla Car Rental for about 8 months and booked 6 cars with them. First 4, no issues at all. Last 2, big issues. Got to the counter and was told a company discount was applied that I wasn't eligible for. 1st time, they fixed quickly with a refund. 2nd time, it's now been 2 weeks. I have emailed them the proof, and only the small initial amount came back. They owe me 397 dollars. UPDATE: they said to email Anna. I did and got nothing. They have since blocked my number.

Horrible App. Booked a car showed up to pick it up and the place was closed so I didn't get the car and had to spend more money. Plus they keep charging my card and it's impossible to speak to a rep it's been a week and I've left more than 7 messages nobody ever calls back and I still haven't been refunded over $300 they charged me. Don't use this app save yourself.

SCAM! Do not recommend. They don't tell you need to know info until after you book and won't let you cancel if it's less than 48 hrs to pickup even though the reservation was just made. They also take an extra $90 without your consent for several different charges that you don't even need. It's been almost 2 weeks and haven't gotten a refund yet!They take your money and refuse to give it back. Turo is way better! No hassles like this!
