The fee for those under 25 will be waived if you're renting from Surprise Suppliers on the Carla app. Enter your age before searching and make a reservation with Surprise Suppliers. The supplier will be disclosed after your booking and will be one of the major car rental companies (such as Hertz Rent a Car, Avis Car Rental, Budget Car Rental, Europcar). There will be no young renter’s fee at the counter with this waiver unique to Carla. Make sure you book a rental marked "under 25 fee waived" or "no under 25 fee."

the worst car rental app. prices are higher on here than going through the rental companies directly or going through Uber rental. multiple times paid a reservation fee only to find out the reserved car doesn't exist or isn't available, without actually being offered a notice. they offered me a broken discount code. EDIT: they replied to this review with the lie that I got a refund immediately, and that I only tried to reserve a car once. haven't received anything. I have screenshots. stop lying

I used it once to reserve a car. They didn't have the car. I wanted a refund. They took my whole deposit of 270 dollars. This was not clearly stated in the terms. There was mention of cancellation fees but I never imagined they would steal my entire deposit, especially when technically, I didn't even cancel, the car just wasn't available. Customer service stated they couldn't offer me a refund, which I thought was comical because it is my money! See that reply? Ten dollars is not enough.
