I tried two of my credit cards, and it says it's not approved and not enough balance even tho both have more than $1k. My booking (car) was only for a day. I even tried Afterpay, but i think it doesn't accept debit cards, so it declined it. So, my question is, is there a specific brand of credit card they accpet and balance they should have?? very disappointing!

I hate it when customers are lured in with phrases like "Car rental starting from $10 a day!!" only to later discover that the company is actually the most expensive car rental service in the market! Just tell the truth from the beginning. Why make the customer download apps and go through a whole process of entering information, only to find out they've been deceived!!

They are a scam they make up false charges. I booked a rental last minute and it says that there is a cancellation fee. That's wrong because I went in to the car rental business and they said they don't charge for a cancellation even if it's one minute or even hours after if you didn't pick up the car you don't get charged that's what they told me face to face. They also told me it was booked through Priceline hmmmm I could have done that myself. I need a FULL REFUND NOW THANKS.
