Needs more features for banking accounts e.g. Limits info (minimally) and settings update for limits etc. (ideally). It is much too hard to find things. Too many clicks required and they are not in intuitive locations. Find an atm and contacts are in profile! And why offer biometric authentication if it is only available 10% of the time and that estimate is generous.

The newly updated app is poorly designed, misrepresents account info, and has lost some useful features from the older version. The new version doesn't distinguish between traditional 403(b) and roth 403(b) - it is showing the total of both as just one roth 403(b) account. And the graphs used to have 2 curves - one for the total balance and one for just the contribution amounts. Now only the total balance is shown, so it's hard to visualize how well the allocation mix is performing over time.

The app itself is very spartan in features, but is serviceable for day to day simple things. With the exception that they incorrectly report available balance...they do show separate available and current balances, but they report as the same, even though that's not always the case. This is pretty bad... I've never had a worse banking experience. Very slow; ACH transfers take an extra day to become available vs, every other institution.
