This is a legit company that I have had on various phones throughout the years. I've never noticed any performance problems with my phone by having their app running in the background; it's very lightweight. They rarely ever bother you with notifications except the one once a week to remind you to collect your points. Payouts have always come quickly without any issues. It's not much money, but it's a nice little bonus every now & again.

I had this app on my iPhone for many years, but when it ceased working I bought a Samsung Galaxy (Android), and this app refuses to let me reinstall it on my new phone. This company's "Help" was of no help, just repeated canned replies that are obviously some kind of bot. I had 45 points, 5 shy of a $10 gift card that I cannot get access to. Also, when you go into it each week, sometimes it does not award you that weeks 5 points. That has happened way to many times to even count.

3 emails to support have bounced. no reply since May. redemptions iffy at best.. great until now.. starting 2025 summer no good. they are canceling orders, not refunding points traded in, not reinstating orders found in spam. wth? never had trouble with this app before what happened? did CS disappear? where are my redemptions? let them know how? everything bounces! I'm missing 3 to 5 earned payments/credits now I redeemed they won't pay!
