This app is very slow. Videos take long to load. It's like a mix between Gowod and Romwod. You have to pay extra for daily routines. It freezes a lot and if it crashes in the middle of your routine you have to start all over. I won't let you skip where you left off or it won't let you mark a day as completed until you watched the whole video again, even though sometimes you don't have to watch the sequence cause it's easy to memorize. I was literally stuck on day 2 for about 4 days

Its ok. Good movements for sure but im not a fan of how its structured. not enough shoulder and upper work and when there is the is no lower usually. I like the 3 rounds but I would prefer 2 lower and 2 upper mobility movements. I do like the excersise selection but do not like how I have to scroll through a hundred exercises to find what I want. It would be better suited to be able to type in the search bar a chest or spine mobility and it bring up a list of exercises that can be chosen from.

The app isn't the best ui experiance, the rep counter often goes into negative numbers. It feels unintuative to flick up/down to go to the next/previous exercise, slow and clunky. The program is great, but the app is terrible.
