The Transfer to Mobily network system is totally broken. If I choose eSIM the system gives error after Nafth verification on last step. And if I choose the Physical SIM the system take me to home page of Mobily network. Kindly fix the bug. Edit: Just checked that the whole booking system is not working. I tried to order the Fiber Connection and at the last stage while selecting date and time of appointment it's gives error.

I'm trying to cancel the service and calling customer service but no reply, even after ten tries the customer service reply to me and said will turn you on the automatic reply to cancel it and again and again for 5 times and nothing done, the worst service I seen ever. Update: still suffering and trying to cancel the service even from thier wiered app, but the App also gives me try again later. How I can cancel the service?????

Update 25-Sep: If GARBAGE had another name, it would be Mobily. Update Sep-24 Customer support does not exist. JUST DON'T BUY THEIR PACKAGES. PAY LITTLE MORE AND SAVE YOURDELF HEADACHE. Update Jun-24 It's been more than a year and nothing improved. Website and app both are useless and only working option is payment. I won't be renewing my contract. Posted Mar-23 Next to useless app, can't do much except for renewing or buying new items. Support is slow and requires much patience.
