The worst network inside KSA and probably the entire globe, they are only money driven and want their payments on time but when it comes to service they provide none. The internet is absolutely disgusting and shouldn't even be used if it for free but they charge a lot for it. If you are looking for a network connection for online gaming, I would recommend you to quit gaming rather than take this cheap and pathetic network. And the best part is, their customer service is not even 0, it's -100%

Next to useless app, can't do much except for renewing or buying new items. There is no option to see billing history, no option to see when exactly your current package expires, when it was renewed etc. Next best app to being useless. Support is slow and requires much patience. Their prices/packages are good.

Worst apps! I came for Hajj and bought a package! Now I can't even register thru the apps and hence blind about balance information. Direct code also not working. Horrible apps and network! N.B. After their below reply I have sent mail with screenshots, but no response.
