You can't activate a data package if it's already activated even there's no data left until it is expired. There's no way to deactivate the package in the app atleast. We were able to activate packages back to back in the past. And now it says system under maintainance for atleast two days. And even the web app won't activate data packages

It would be helpful for the customers if you let the customers see information of the package in-app like how much data and minutes I get and most importantly how long the package lasts (for example whether the package lasts a week or a month ). Every time I have to go to the mobitel website and check package details.

Very disappointed with this app. It hasn’t been working properly for almost a week now, and there haven’t been any useful updates or fixes. Even when money is transferred to the number, it takes 4–5 hours for the balance to appear in the account. This kind of delay is unacceptable for a financial/payment app. Please improve the service and fix these issues as soon as possible. ⭐️
