Worst app experience ever. I’ve been using Mobitel for years, and had several accounts/numbers but this Self-Care app has been a disaster from the start. I’ve been trying to use it for the past six months and it never works when I actually need it. It’s inconvenient, unreliable, and has put me in difficult situations more than once. I’m honestly tired of struggling with an app that should be simple. I am switching to another service provider.

The app is good but registration is a nightmare because the app rejects correct validation codes making it impossible to register.i tried several times and each time it said the code is not valid although I entered the code sent. I talked to thd hepdesk but they could not probably solution. Mobitel should check this apparent bug in it's software. The process was a waste of time. More recently I found that one cannot add another mobitel months number the verification sms are never delivered

The Mobitel network and app are very disappointing. After activating an unlimited pack, the signal and speed drop heavily, making it almost unusable. There’s no real benefit—only issues. Not satisfied at all.
