When you try to log into app. system under maintenance in day time. this is horrible. why you guys can't do system maintenance at midnight time. you guys need to sleep and we need to wait reload. 👎👎

all in all it's ok but for prepaid , there is no place to find out when the number gets inactive. for that it's necessary to go to SMSs and check for the recharge SMS to see how long the number is active after a recharge.

You can't activate a data package if it's already activated even there's no data left until it is expired. There's no way to deactivate the package in the app atleast. We were able to activate packages back to back in the past. And now it says system under maintainance for atleast two days. And even the web app won't activate data packages
