1 star, and that’s generous. Terrible network even with 30GB, I can’t watch a 2 hour class without constant buffering. Complaints get useless replies, calls just drop, and support is basically non-existent. Now the app itself doesn’t even work, can’t log in, keeps showing “invalid connection.” Completely frustrating. Would not recommend at all.

hey Mobitel, please upgrade your Self Care app. It’s literally the only app on my phone that doesn’t even open with your ‘one shot ultra’ data package. And no, the connection isn’t the issue, everything else works perfectly. Your app just sits there loading forever like a staring contest simulator. Honestly, it’s embarrassing for a telecom provider. do better. hire some better developers. at least try.

Useless. I was unable to register through the app. it asked for an email verification code, but I never received one. I tried multiple times without success. Calling customer support didn't help either.
