UI / UX is good. But broadband customers there are lots of gaps in the app. (1) You can reload your devices, but the biller name on the credit card comes as PAYHERE not Mobitel, so there is no proper proof of the merchant name on a credit card bill. (2) you can't make direct bank deposits to the number, the money gets lost and doesn't even get returned to your bank account. (3) Finally once you make a payment there is no acknowledgement email or receipt or downloadable PDF. A basic requirement.

The app has not been working for the past several days. Each time I try to use it, a pop-up message appears saying that the system is under maintenance. Kindly check and fix this issue as soon as possible.

Ruby
SLTMobitel has become extremely unreliable. Despite paying a high monthly fee for a “new” package, the performance is terrible. Almost every evening my ping goes above 5000ms, making the connection unusable for work, meetings, or anything real-time. It feels like the same congested network being resold under new names. Very disappointing service.
